Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions apply to text message communications from PandyCopy LLC, doing business as PandyCopy, including messages sent from +1 (833) 468-2679.
Program description
The PandyCopy mobile messaging program may send informational and conversational text messages related to customer questions, support, services, projects, appointments, requests, and other information relevant to a customer's relationship with PandyCopy.
Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively choosing to receive text messages from PandyCopy, you consent to receive recurring SMS or text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your communications and relationship with PandyCopy. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services outside PandyCopy's control.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described in PandyCopy's Privacy Policy excludes mobile opt-in data and consent.

Changes to these terms
PandyCopy may update these Mobile Messaging Terms as its services or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective. If the messaging program is materially changed or discontinued, PandyCopy may provide notice as appropriate.
